Register with BitPay and finish their onboarding. Funds settle from BitPay to your own bank account.

Yes. BitPay settles by bank transfer in USD, EUR and GBP across many countries, so you can accept crypto without ever holding it. You can also elect settlement in several cryptocurrencies instead.

A wide range at checkout, including the major stablecoins. Note the distinction: what a buyer can pay with is a much longer list than what you can be settled in, and both lists change, so BitPay's own documentation is the one to trust.

Only if you choose to be. These gateways quote the invoice in your pricing currency and lock the rate for a short window, then settle to you in either fiat or crypto depending on your setting. Settling in fiat removes the exposure; settling in crypto keeps it. Decide that before you switch it on.
