One agreement
You contract with OmegaHood LLC. Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are the documents that govern your account.
One point of accountability
Security, support, uptime, billing, and claims all sit with OmegaHood LLC. You never have to work out which company to approach.

- Contracting party
- OmegaHood LLC. Your agreement for PaymentHood is with OmegaHood LLC, and with no other company.
- Seller of record
- OmegaHood LLC. We are the seller of the PaymentHood subscription, not a reseller or agent for anyone else.
- Billing and invoicing
- OmegaHood LLC issues every invoice and receipt for PaymentHood, and is the payee on your subscription.
- Data controller
- OmegaHood LLC is the controller for the account and service data described in our Privacy Policy. Any supplier that handles data on our behalf does so as a processor, under contract and on our instructions.
- Cardholder data
- Never held by us. Card details pass directly from your customer to your chosen payment provider's certified environment, and PaymentHood works only with the tokens returned. See the Trust Center.
- Governing law
- The laws of the State of California, United States, as set out in our Terms of Use, which is the authoritative document if anything on this page is less specific.
- Support, security, and service levels
- OmegaHood LLC. Every support request, security question, and service commitment is ours to answer.
- Liability and claims
- OmegaHood LLC, on the terms and limits set out in our Terms of Use.
What We Are Responsible For
All of it sits with OmegaHood LLC. Nothing is deferred to a third party.
The platform
The PaymentHood application, its APIs, its integrations, and its availability are built and operated by us.
Security
Encryption, access control, credential isolation, and signed webhooks are our responsibility, and are documented in the Trust Center.
Support
Write to [email protected] and you reach us directly. We do not route you to a supplier.
Commercial terms
Pricing, invoicing, renewals, and cancellation are handled by us, on the terms published on our Pricing page.
Technology We Build On
Like any software company, we build on technology from others. PaymentHood uses APIs provided by InfyniPay B.V. (opens in new tab) (Amsterdam, Netherlands) under a commercial agreement, alongside the payment providers you connect and standard cloud infrastructure.
These are suppliers to OmegaHood LLC. They are not party to your agreement, they do not invoice you, and they do not provide your support. Your relationship, in every respect, is with OmegaHood LLC.
